Paused Memberships
Memberships can be paused up to 2 times per calendar year with no charge by emailing memberships@elementmartialarts.com.au with the desired dates.
Minimum pause period is 2 weeks. Maximum pause period is 1 month.
Additional pauses incur a $50 processing fee, payable before the pause takes effect.
Cancelling Memberships
You may terminate or cancel your Element Membership by emailing a written 14 day cancellation notice to memberships@elementmartialarts.com.au. You shall be obligated to pay all fees and charges accrued prior to the effectiveness of such cancellation and are free to continue attending classes until the cancellation date.
Members on a fixed-term membership agreement are obligated to complete the agreed term. Where you cancel before the end of your term, the remaining fees for the balance of the term become payable.
Pause and cancellation requests must be made in writing to the memberships email address. A request made verbally, by social media message, or to a coach does not pause or cancel a membership.
The cancellation date will be 14 days from the date written notice is received. Notice received outside business hours is treated as received on the next business day.
If your membership is paused at the cancellation request date it will be unpaused for the 14-day notice period. You cannot have an active pause and pending cancellation at the same time.
Members are more than welcome to return to training in the future.
