At Element Martial Arts, we understand that sometimes life gets in the way of training. To help you stay on track, we offer a make-up lesson policy with the following guidelines:
1. Arranging a Make-Up Lesson
- If you miss a class, email memberships@elementmartialarts.com.au to arrange a make-up lesson in an age-appropriate class.
- Please arrange your make-up in advance so we can confirm availability. If you attend a class without arranging it beforehand, we can’t guarantee you a place.
2. Notification of Non-Attendance
- We kindly ask that you notify us before the scheduled class if you are unable to attend. This helps us better manage class sizes and availability for others.
3. Make-Up Lesson Window
- Missed classes must be made up within 1 month of the original class date.
4. Quarterly Limit
- To ensure fairness and maintain class quality, a maximum of 3 make-up classes per quarter is permitted per member.
- Where your 1 month window runs past the end of a quarter, the make-up counts against the quarter in which the class was missed.
5. No Backdating of Make-Up Lessons
- We do not backdate make-up lessons. Our policy is designed to accommodate occasional missed lessons, not prolonged absences.
